Our immigration clinic is a 90-minute appointment where we assess, review, and give advice on your visa application. This appointment will give you the opportunity to explain your background information, bring up any questions, have your documentation or your entire visa application reviewed, and get the advice you need.
How to get the most from your Immigration clinic appointment
The procedure for applying for a visa is complex, and rife with potential pitfalls. We know which strategy to take with your application and how to communicate your case clearly to immigration to give you the best possible chance of a successful application.
Before you book
To make an accurate assessment of your needs and provide you with the most cost-effective and timely advice we require from you as much detailed information as possible. If the process was simple and easy, you wouldn’t need our services and we wouldn’t be in business! We ask that you take the time to fully submit all relevant information for us to help you with your query.
The first step before making an appointment is to complete our online survey. This provides us with the critical information to begin assessing your application.
What we can cover
The immigration clinic consultation is an opportunity for you to ask all of your immigration questions. Our lawyers can then advise you on the likelihood that you will be granted a visa, the fees estimate, and how long it is likely to take to receive a decision.
We also advise you about what you need to do to progress your application, the evidence you must provide, and how we can assist you during your application.
At the appointment we will provide a written Terms of Engagement that will set out work to be undertaken, the fees, our guarantee, and terms and conditions.
Please note: if your problem or issue relates to someone else aligned with your application such as an employer or partner, please make sure they are available to be contacted during the clinic session as we may need to speak to them.
What Next
What happens after the appointment is up to you. If you feel you need further help, you may want to engage us to manage your case through the entire immigration process.
Alternatively, you may just want someone to assist you if your application does not go as smoothly as you had hoped. There are many ways we can continue to help you depending upon what level of assistance you need.
